The Bluetooth Headset PCBA is the core component that determines the performance, battery life and user experience of Bluetooth headsets. Due to the extremely limited space of Bluetooth headsets, the PCBA must achieve high integration, low power consumption and excellent radio frequency performance in a small size. The core component of the PCBA is the Bluetooth audio SoC, which is equivalent to the "heart" of the headset, responsible for Bluetooth communication, audio decoding and signal processing, supporting mainstream Bluetooth versions such as 5.3 and 5.4, as well as audio codecs including SBC, AAC and LC3, directly affecting sound quality and delay.

In addition to the main control chip, the PCBA also integrates a power management module, an audio front-end and various sensors. The power management module includes a charging management IC, a low-dropout regulator and a battery protection circuit, which can accurately control charging, stabilize power supply and prevent battery overcharging and over-discharging, thus extending the headset's battery life. The audio front-end is composed of MEMS microphones and audio power amplifiers, and the layout of microphones is crucial to noise reduction effects. Sensors such as optical or capacitive in-ear detection and accelerometers enable functions such as automatic play/pause and gesture control. The PCBA adopts 4-layer or 6-layer design to increase wiring space, and the radio frequency part is independently partitioned to ensure stable Bluetooth connection, while small-sized component packages such as 0402 and 0201 are used to maximize space utilization.
