The Security Alarm PCBA serves as the intelligent core of modern security alarm systems, integrating sensor input, signal processing, communication, and alarm output functions to protect homes, businesses, and critical infrastructure from potential threats. It is composed of a main control MCU, sensor interface, alarm drive module, communication module, and power management module, with the characteristics of high reliability, rapid response, and strong anti-interference ability. The main control MCU adopts high-performance chips such as STM32F103C8T6, which can quickly process signals collected by various sensors and execute alarm logic in real time.
The sensor interface supports dual-channel or multi-channel input, compatible with infrared sensors, smoke sensors, door and window magnetic sensors, and glass break sensors, realizing multi-layer proactive threat detection. The alarm drive module can drive active buzzers and LED indicators to issue sound and light alarms, and can also control relays to link with external devices such as cameras and door locks. The communication module supports Wi-Fi, ZigBee, and GSM, enabling real-time push notifications of alarm information to users' mobile phones and remote arming/disarming operations. The PCBA adopts strict EMC/EMI design, with RC filtering, optocoupler isolation, and full-board ground copper laying to reduce signal interference. It also has low standby power consumption and anti-reverse connection protection, adapting to long-term stable operation in various environments and meeting EN 50131-1 safety standards.
