Citycoco electric scooter batteries are dedicated removable lithium-ion battery packs designed for the whole series of Citycoco two-wheeled chopper vehicles, with unified mechanical interface, fixed overall outline and precise dimensional parameters to perfectly match the built-in battery compartment and quick-swap slot of original vehicles. The mainstream standard configurations in the market are 60V 12Ah, 60V 18.2Ah, 60V 20Ah, 72V 20Ah and other capacity versions, and all models adopt all-metal sealed iron shell structure with integrated handle design, which realizes dustproof, waterproof, shock-resistant and anti-collision performance while ensuring compact appearance. For the most widely used 60V 20Ah standard battery, the external dimension is 343mm (length) × 170mm (width) × 73mm (height), with a net weight of about 5kg to 6.5kg; the thickened pedal-mounted large-capacity version is 368mm×250mm×95mm, weighing 6.8kg. The 60V 12Ah conventional battery is sized at 375mm×255mm×90mm with a total weight of 7kg, and the high-power 60V 18.2Ah iron-shell battery maintains 343×170×73mm base size with 8kg overall weight, adapting to 1400W–2000W motor power output of modified vehicles. High-voltage 72V series Citycoco batteries have diversified customized sizes, including 185×155×255mm for 72V 20Ah, 175×175×270mm for 72V 40Ah, and 235×195×365mm for 72V 75Ah large-capacity packs, with weight ranging from 10kg to 27kg according to capacity upgrade.

All Citycoco battery packs adopt unified square vertical appearance with rounded edge treatment, reserved embedded wiring slot and waterproof aviation plug output terminal, and the overall outline strictly complies with the original vehicle battery cabin embedding tolerance. The internal 18650 cylindrical lithium cells are arranged in fixed series-parallel combination, with built-in intelligent BMS protection board, so the external size is completely fixed without random deformation, and the interface pin position, spacing and polarity are fully consistent across all capacity models. The height error of mass-produced finished batteries is controlled within ±2mm, length and width deviation ≤3mm, which ensures seamless installation, quick plug-and-play replacement and no loose shaking after being placed in the vehicle compartment. In addition, the shell surface is sprayed with matte anti-slip and corrosion-resistant paint, with built-in lifting handle at the top, waterproof sealing rubber ring around the terminal, and overall appearance structure meets IP54 daily waterproof standard, adapting to outdoor rainy and bumpy road conditions of Citycoco scooter daily operation. The dimensional standardization also supports aftermarket replacement, universal upgrade and customized capacity expansion of global users, and all size parameters have passed CE, RoHS and UN38.3 certification verification to meet international electronic vehicle component specification requirements.
